I’m not a professional boxer but just a man who loves to do workouts every days. Muay Thai is my favorite sport and I usually do Muay Thai for workouts. Training Thai boxing is really fun and exciting. Though boxing/ Martial arts are contact sport, you can do it without any injure (if you do it in right way). Like other sports, you will feel relax after you have “played”.
